From there he lived in Spain, France and then New York. In 1965, he established his namesake company that has become such a brilliant success over the year. Currently, the Oscar de la Renta brand offers ready-to-wear, accessories, bridal, home and fragrance. The designer has also received numerous awards through the years from the CFDA and was inducted into the Coty Hall of Fame.
