We’re Addicted: Marc Jacobs Beauty Lovemarc Lip Gel

Here at Lustre Life, we’ve never been quite so enamored with a lip color. Marc Jacobs Beauty is an ingenious line altogether, but the Lovemarc Lip Gel, $30, is truly remarkable for creating a highly pigmented, long-lasting hue. It’s available in 15 shades, from a rich berry red (Seduce Me) to a warm peach-pink (Dizzy Spell).

The product’s texture is what is so wonderfully unique. Unlike traditional lipsticks, the gel formula forgoes any kind of waxy feel and instead makes your lips feel creamy, comfortable and happily hydrated. Infused with monoi oil butter and myrrh extracts, the gel nourishes your lips’ delicate skin, while also adding gentle volume with a specially formulated 3-D plumping agent. Plus, each shade has a lovely —but subtle—vanilla scent.

And the color lasts. And lasts. It’s one of the best lippies we’ve come across in terms of long-term wear.
