On the Fringe: Boho-Chic Looks We Love

Fringe is most definitely in this season and we say, “Hooray!” The tasseled teasers popped up all over the 2014 spring RTW runways, from Altuzarra to Emilio Pucci, Roberto Cavalli to Moschino.
