David Meister

David Meister was just a kid from Cincinatti who happened to hit it big with his design collection. He attended the The University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning and worked with Danskin, the dance clothier, upon graduation. It was there that he learned about stretch fabrics and designing for the female form. Today, David Meister designs evening gowns and other dresses for the rich and famous. His signature line is sold exclusively through Bergdorf Goodman in New York, and his other collections are sold at upscale shops and department stores. He currently lives in Los Angeles, where he continues to design.
