The duo behind Proenza Schouler is Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. As incredible as it sounds, the first collection of Proenza Schouler came from a collaboration that the two men worked on for their senior thesis at Parsons School of Design. All of their pieces are of impeccable quality, detailed craftsmanship and draw inspiration from youth and art cultures. The line has been credited with breathing a breath of fresh air into the American fashion scene. Proenza Schoulder designs are very sleek and inventive. The brand has even won multiple awards from the CFDA. Currently, the company offers ready-to-wear, accessories and footwear.
