The Guess brand is based in American and operated by the Marciano family. Guess originally opened in the 1970’s and during the 1980’s was one of the most popular brands of jeans. They were one of the first companies to offer designer jeans, and they had a notable ad campaign with many famous supermodels to market the jeans.
Today, guess makes a complete women’s wear line that includes a focus on casual wear and denim. They also make outerwear, accessories, eyewear, a trendy watch collection, shoes and handbags, and has resurfaced as an important brand in the women’s clothing industry.
